Refund policy

"Electronic Products Return Policy (2 Hours Only)"
Our store policy strictly stipulates that return or exchange requests are exclusively permitted within two hours (120 minutes) from the time the shipment delivery is confirmed to the customer. No request received after this specified short period will be accepted whatsoever.
Accepted Return Conditions (Within the 2 Hours):
Manufacturing Defect: Returns are only allowed if a confirmed manufacturing defect is discovered upon immediate inspection of the device upon receipt.
Original Condition: The product must be in its absolutely original condition, with all complete accessories, cables, and in the original, untorn/unopened packaging (except for the minimum required for immediate inspection of manufacturing defects).
Proof of Purchase: The original purchase invoice or order confirmation must be attached.
Crucial Note: Due to the extremely short two-hour return period, the customer is kindly requested to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report any issue within the mentioned timeframe. After the two hours have elapsed, the order is considered final, and the product's specific warranty policy (if one exists) applies.

تنص سياسة متجرنا على أن طلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال مسموح بها حصراً في غضون ساعتين (120 دقيقة) فقط من وقت تأكيد تسليم الشحنة للعميل، ولن يتم قبول أي طلب يرد بعد انقضاء هذه المدة المحددة على الإطلاق.
شروط الإرجاع المقبولة (خلال الساعتين):
عيب مصنعي: الإرجاع مسموح به فقط في حال اكتشاف عيب مصنعي مؤكد عند فحص الجهاز فور الاستلام.
الحالة الأصلية: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تماماً، بملحقاته الكاملة، وفي غلاف التغليف الأصلي وغير المفتوح/الممزق (إلا للحد الأدنى من الفحص الفوري لعيوب التصنيع).
إثبات الشراء: يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية أو إثبات الطلب.
ملاحظة هامة: نظراً لقصر فترة الإرجاع المحددة بساعتين، يرجى من العميل فحص المنتج فوراً عند استلامه والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال المدة المذكورة. بعد انقضاء الساعتين، يعد الطلب نهائياً ويتم تطبيق سياسة الضمان الخاصة بالمنتج (إذا وجدت).
