Shipping policy

"We aim to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly as possible across all Lebanese territories. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched to the supplier/shipping company within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once processed, you will be provided with a shipment tracking number via email.
2. Delivery Times
Standard Local Shipping: The estimated delivery time for your order is 6-9 business days from the date of order confirmation. (This timeframe includes the order processing period).
We rely on trusted local suppliers to ensure this delivery time.
3. Shipping Costs
Flat Shipping Rate: The standard shipping rate applied to all Lebanese territories is $3 USD per order.
Final shipping costs will be calculated and presented clearly on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipment Tracking
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
5. Shipping Zones
We currently ship only to all areas within the Lebanese Republic.
